Do you warranty your products?

Here at Miibox.com, we provide "100% Mii" Warranty. Please refer to our shipping and warranty page for more details.


What if my shipping address is entered wrong?

Please call us immediately and our customer representitive will help you to correct the shipping address. If order has been shipped out, then we will try to route it to the correct address. In case the product has to be recalled, we will ship out for you again subject to recall and new shipping charges.


Can I ship and bill to different addresses?

Yes, you can. However, verification of the shipping address may be required. We will contact you in the event that we are seeking verification from your credit card company.


How is sales tax calculated?

California Orders (base on shipping address) will have an 8.0% sales tax applied.


Are all the products you sell authentic?

Yes. All the products we sell are authentic. Most of our products are imported directly from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.


Are my transactions secured?

Yes, all your information is encrypted in transmission using industry-leading SSL technology (the same technology used by all major online retailers and for online banking). Also, your credit card information is not stored on our site.


What do I do if I receive a Payment Processing Error?

Our customer service team is able to assist you with payment processing error, so please email us with any problems you may have encountered. Most payment processing errors are due to our fraud protection service detecting a difference in billing address from your credit card company. Please make sure the billing address is entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.


What if I forget my password?

Click on “My Account” on the upper right hand corner. You will be directed to a password lookup page. Please enter your user name and wait for 2 minutes to receive an email with your password.


What if I forget email used?

If you forgot which email you haeve used, please try to retrieve password with that email. A password will be mailed to you if that email was registered before.
