Orders received before 3pm EST are processed and shipped out during the same day. All orders are processed within one business day. In the rare case that an item is special order or backordered, we will notify you immediately through email of this delay. Tracking number will be issued and sent to the buyer's email as soon as the shipment is initiated.
We partner with UPS, Fedex and USPS to offer shipping on all our products to the continental United States. Standard shipping are Fedex/UPS/USPS Ground (1-5 business days) from our warehouse in sunny southern California. We also offer expedited shipping options of 3rd day air delivery, 2nd day and overnight delivery.
All items are carefully packed to minimize any damage that can occur during shipment. Due to the fragile nature of our products, shipping damage can still occur. Please inspect the package upon arrival, and inform us immediately if any content is missing or damaged.

For returns, please submit a no-hassle refund request within 14 business days. The product must be returned in new condition, with its original packaging. We do not accept returns based on personal or medical reasons. Our website provides detailed and accurate product descriptions. If there are any questions regarding a particular product, please contact one of our friendly sales associates before purchase. We will gladly answer them.
With the exception of shipping damage, defective or expired products, buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. Additional charges may apply if the remaining total does not qualify for free shipping minimum. Most food products have a limited shelf life, so to help us keep a fresh inventory, we do not accept returns on food products, except for shipping damage or product defect.
